Jeremy is a Certified Professional Coach and Founder of Enhance Leadership, operating out of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Jeremy leverages leadership and relationship systems coaching to help leaders enhance performance, to enhance results.

 

Jeremy brings a fresh and current perspective with over 12 years in social diversity, LGBTQ2+ leadership, health, and stress management contributing to high performance and wellness at work. Jeremy provides the playful push we all need to reach the next level in career and leadership development.

Rhapsodi Pierre-Jacques is a leadership development coach with a background in organizational psychology who is on a mission to embolden high-achieving women of color to unlock their Distinctive Power (i.e. the full spectrum of their talent) through self-assessment and self-advocacy, so they can live and lead more authentically.

Rhapsodi’s approach to professional development is rooted in the framework of intersectional neurodiversity. Intersectional neurodiversity is a framework that broadens the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) to celebrate the diversity of the human mind by recognizing neurological difference as a social category on par with gender, ethnicity, and class. She has over ten years of consulting and client-facing experience working at startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations. Over the course of her corporate career Rhapsodi has learned how to advocate for herself by unlocking and rhapsodizing her distinctive power and quadrupled her salary in the process.
