Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity (DE&I)

Enhance Leadership offers team training & workshops tailored specifically to the needs of your organization to support and create spaces of inclusivity. One-time trainings are available, but often miss the mark on long-term integration. Putting DE&I into action often requires a team coaching approach that supports education upfront and supports teams to shift perspectives and create agreements that ensure inclusivity is held as the company standard.   • Assessment

    Discuss and measure areas of opportunity for your teams to become more inclusive by measuring levels of trust, and psychological safety.

  • Sensitivity training

    Educate your teams to support sensitivity to diverse populations. Can include Gender, LGBTQ, power and priviledge training.

    Improve communication to leverage innovation by hearing diverse voices and challenging your team to give candid feedback creating safety for all members.
